Meet the Team
Tom Brinley Jr. - President
Tom Brinley Jr. attended Wingate University before starting his career in site development. Tom Jr. got his start in site development working for his father in the family business for 17 years. During this time, Tom was chief operating officer of Brinley’s Grading Service and grew the family business.
Lee Smith - Vice President
Lee Smith graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Accounting. Out of university, Lee had a successful career with IBM where he worked his way up through management in fixed asset accounting. Acknowledging where his passions resided, Lee decided to make a career change and became a Project Manager at Brinley’s Grading Service overseeing site development projects.
