As a Project Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of our projects: coordinating between field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure that every job is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You’ll work alongside experienced leadership in an environment where your voice is heard, your expertise is valued, and your growth has no ceiling.
- Overall project planning, scheduling, budget, billing, organizing, & controlling
- Reviews Contract
- Reviews and Prepare Subcontracts
- Negotiates with vendors & subs
- Vendor Set up
- Materials onsite schedules – Material Ordering
- Identify and prioritize long lead-time scope items
- Sub-Contractor Set up
- Notify Vendor and Sub-Contractors on work awarded - *Share Schedule
- Monthly Projections, Targets and Progress Tracking
- Monthly CPM schedule – Overall Project Time Targets
- Conducts Bi-weekly Onsite team meetings (PM, Superintendent, Foreman(s))
- Minimum of Two-Week Forecast Expectations
- Planning and Deliverables
- Approved Updated Plans / Plan Revisions:
- Communicate to Field
- Communicate to Surveyor, Sub-Contractors and Key Stakeholders
- Maintain Server and Construction Folders & Share File in a Timely Fashion - Mandatory
- Cost report update
- Keep good relationships with clients
- Invoicing - Submitted on time as identified with the Contractual Dates
- Field Log Review
- Utilizes Daily Production Reports
- Prep for Monthly Production Reviews
- Change Order Management
- Kick-off Internal and External Pre-Con Meetings:
- Internal - PM, Superintendents (Grading & Utility), GMs, Foreman **Estimator Drives this meeting
- Internal Go-Live – Once Superintendent and Foreman are identified**PM Owns this meeting
- External - Customer, Municipalities (Local / County), PM, Superintendent, GMs **PM Owns this meeting
- Foundation Set up:
- Upload Budget from B2W Estimate
- Create AIA and Remove Zero Cost Items
- Ensure Approved POs are Pre-entered by Accounts Payable
